This week we stepped into Luke 15 together. Pastor Chris gave us some context from the first two "lost" parables before we focused on a very familiar passage in the Prodigal Son. Pastor Chris helped us see how the main point of this story is not actually the sinfulness of the son. The real importance is on the compassion of a loving father. Further still is how his compassion is a reflection of the compassion our loving God bestows on us.
